Kristen Soltis Anderson is author of The Selfie Vote: Where Millennials Are Leading America (And How Republicans Can Keep Up). She is a pollster and co-founder of Echelon Insights, a research and analytics firm. She was one of TIME’s “30 Under 30 Changing the World” and was featured as one of ELLE’s 2016 most compelling women in Washington. Anderson is an ABC News political contributor, columnist at The Washington Examiner, and co-host of the bipartisan weekly podcast The Pollsters.
Bill Bradley
Senator Bill Bradley served in the US Senate from 1979–1997 representing the state of New Jersey. In 2000, he was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. Before serving in the Senate, he was an Olympic gold medalist in 1964 and a professional basketball player with the New York Knicks from 1967–1977, during which time they won two NBA championships. Bradley is the author of six books on American politics, culture, and economy, including The New American Story,Values of the Game, and Time Present,Time Past—all New York Times bestsellers.
Laura Coates
Laura Coates is a well-respected attorney, having served as an assistant United States attorney for the District of Columbia, as well as a commentator, author, and adjunct professor at the George Washington University School of Law. In her role as CNN senior legal analyst, Coates played a central role in the network’s programming surrounding the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, and regularly serves as fill-in anchor for Don Lemon’s primetime program. In 2016, she wrote the bestselling book, You Have the Right: A Constitutional Guide to Policing the Police; and in 2017 she joined SiriusXM as a weekday host of The Laura Coates Show, for which she won a Gracie Award.
Julie Mason
Julie Mason is the host "The Julie Mason Show" weekdays 3-6pm East. Her show features a compelling mix of guests, including newsmakers such as Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary John Kerry, Senator Ted Cruz, along with her smart line up of reporters covering the White House, Congress and Capitol Hill and the latest in foreign policy, plus special town halls in front of a studio audience, and themed weeks.
Mason brings her pop culture sensibility to the program as well with guests including Henry Rollins, Brian Cox from HBO's Succession, Mike Mills from R.E.M., and the cast of Veep.
Before joining SiriusXM, Julie was a White House reporter at POLITICO, the Washington Examiner, and the Houston Chronicle. She has more than 30 years of journalism experience covering local, state, and national politics, including four presidential campaigns.
Julie is a former elected board member of the White House Correspondents Association and appears on CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, NPR and more. She is a recipient of a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media for outstanding achievement as a radio talk show host.
Michael Smerconish
Michael Smerconish is an American radio host and television presenter, newspaper columnist, author, and lawyer. He broadcasts The Michael Smerconish Program (weekdays, 9 am–noon ET) on the POTUS channel, and hosts the CNN and CNN International program Smerconish (Sat, 9 am ET). He is also a Sunday newspaper columnist for The Philadelphia Inquirer. Smerconish has authored seven books, including six nonfiction works and one novel.
Steve Scully
Steve Scully is Senior Vice President of Communications at the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the BPC, Steve spent three decades at C-SPAN where he served as political editor, host, and senior executive producer of C-SPAN’s programming, including Washington Journal, the Road to the White House series, and its podcast The Weekly. In addition to his work at C-SPAN, Scully initiated a distance learning class, bringing D.C. experts virtually to the University of Denver, Pace University, and Purdue University. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of California-D.C. Program, as well as a Terker Fellow (2019-21) at George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs.
Scully spent nine years on the White House Correspondents’ Association Board of Directors, including as president from 2006-07. In 2019, he was named to the Pennsylvania Broadcasters Hall of Fame. He began his journalism career at WAMU-AM Radio, and later as a reporter at WSEE-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania and WHEC-TV in Rochester, New York.
Ben Sawyer
Dr. Benjamin Sawyer is Senior Instructor of History at Middle Tennessee State University and co-host of The Road to Now Podcast."
Bob Crawford
Bob Crawford is the bassist for the Grammy-nominated band the Avett Brothers, and creator of the SiriusXm Volume Channel Docuseries, Concerts of Change: The Soundtrack of Human Rights. He’s also co-host of the Road to Now History podcast. More important than his passion for music and history is his dedication to raising awareness about pediatric cancer. Bob and his wife Melanie, are co-managing partners for The Press On Fund, an organization that seeks to find less toxic treatments for childhood cancer.
