Larry Kirwan was the leader of the Irish political rock band Black 47 for 25 years. A playwright and novelist, he has written or collaborated on sixteen plays and musicals. The latest, Paradise Square, is scheduled for a 2021 Broadway production. His new novel, Rockaway Blue, will be published by Cornell University Press on March 15, 2021.
